MDR过渡期多久？医疗器械CE MDR认证新法规要求
MDR的过渡期是3年，如今，离MDR强制执行时间（2020.05.26）不到一年。目前来看，MDR是不可能延迟执行了。

MDR的过渡期，没那么简单~

首先总结三个重要时间点，旧证书（MDD/AIMDD证书）有效时间、MDD/AIMDD证书更新截止时间以及入市周转时间。

l MDD/AIMDD证书有效时间

MDD/AIMDD证书在其证书载明有效期内有效，但是！

2022/5/27，MDD/AIMDD Annex IV（EC Verification）证书失效。（目前在中国的大多数NB的符合性路径都是全面质量保证，因此，国内制造商不必太担心这一条。）

2024/5/27，所有MDD/AIMDD证书失效。

l MDD/AIMDD更新截止时间

2020/5/26，不再更新MDD/AIMDD证书。

l 入市周转时间

截至2025/5/27。

医疗器械已经进入市场（即入市），在经销商手中，没有到达最终消费者，这种情况下，MDR允许产品在2025年5月27日前继续在市场上流通/使用。

以下为Article 120 过渡条款的翻译及解读。

Transitional provisions

过渡条款

1. From 26 May 2020, any publication of a notification in respect of a notified body in accordance with Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC shall become void.

2020年5月26日起，公告机构根据第 90/385/EEC和93/42/EEC号指令发布的任何通知将失效。

——2020年5月26日起，公告机构不再签发MDD/AIMDD CE证书。

2. Certificates issued by notified bodies in accordance with Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC prior to 25 May 2017 shall remain valid until the end of the period indicated on the certificate, except for certificates issued in accordance with Annex 4 to Directive 90/385/EEC or Annex IV to Directive 93/42/EEC which shall become void at the latest on 27 May 2022.

2017年5月25日前，公告机构根据第 90/385/EEC和93/42/EEC号指令发行的证书在证书期限内有效，其中，根据第 90/385/EEC 号指令附录 4 或 第93/42/EEC 号指令附录 IV 签发的证书除外（其最晚于2022年5月27日失效）。

——2017年5月25日前签发的MDD/AIMDD证书，在证书有效期内仍然有效。

——2022年5月27日，MDD/AIMDD Annex IV证书失效。

Certificates issued by notified bodies in accordance with Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC from 25 May 2017 shall remain valid until the end of the period indicated on the certificate, which shall not exceed five years from its issuance. They shall however become void at the latest on 27 May 2024.

2017年5月25日起，公告机构根据第 90/385/EEC和93/42/EEC 号指令签发的证书在证书期限内有效（从证书发布日起，有效期不超过5年）。以上证书最晚于2024年5月27日全部失效。

——2017年5月25日起，即过渡期内签发的MDD/AIMDD证书，在证书有效期内仍然有效，但这些证书的有效期可能少于5年，因这些证书在2024年5月27日全部失效。举例：如2020年5月26日获得MDD/AIMDD证书，在2024年5月27日失效，只有4年有效期。
